All products are shipped from our manufacturing base in Rapperswil-Jona and can be shipped to almost all countries. Below is a list of the countries to which spools have already been shipped. If your country is not listed, we can check the shipping options with FedEx. In this case, please contact us via email (sales@creamelt.com).

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order (number of spools including packaging) and are calculated directly via our store system for national orders. For international orders, the shipping costs are calculated via the FedEx online portal once the order has been completed. The prices are based on the weight and FedEx’s country zone classification.

- up to 2kg (1 spool)= 10.50 CHF
- 2 to 10kg (2-8 spools)= 13.50 CHF
- 10 to 30kg (8-25 spools)= 22.50 CHF
- FedEx International Priority® for interantional shipping by FedEx (calculated in FedEx tool)
- Local Pickup to pick up your order in Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland
- no additional costs are added
- but you are kindly requested to pick up your parcel within 5 working days by considering our opening times
- Once your order is ready to pick up you get informed by email.
Delivery time
National orders are shipped by PostPac Priority service of Swiss Post. Under normal circumstances delivery time is within 1-2 working days.
International orders are shipped by FedEx International Priority®. Delivery time can vary depending on target country.
CREAMELT® may or may not ship on national holidays associated with your country. Given uncertainties in shipping, product availability and circumstances outside our control we cannot guarantee exact shipping date.
Returns
CREAMELT® accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged products within 14 days of the shipment date. Returns must be authorised by CREAMELT®. Please contact us (sales@creamelt.com) before returning any package! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us if you have any issues and we’ll do our best to help you out!
