Next to our standard materials we also produce filaments according to customer specific needs. Our high-quality production line is suitable for the extrusion of filaments made from nearly every thermoplastic polymer. Material properties can be modified and adapted to individual needs by using the compounding process.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Development takes place in our own labs and on our pilot production line located in Switzerland. There we also test the print performance on selected 3D printers. Before launching a new product, it gets tested well.
PRODUCTION
The standard diameter of our filaments are 1.75+/-0.05 mm and 2.85+/-0.1 mm. The tolerances get controlled continuously by an inline laser measurement. If desired diameters between 1 and 3 mm can also be realized.
At the end of our filament extrusion line filaments get coiled on spools. Our standard spools are designed for a net weight of 750 g or 2,3 kg. Other dimensions are possible on request. All spools get labeled, sealed in PE plastic and boxed in top quality carton.
