Withdrawal, Cancellation and Returns
Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases.
Where mandatory statutory provisions grant a customer a right of withdrawal, return or other consumer right, these statutory rights remain fully unaffected. This applies in particular to consumers in countries where statutory withdrawal rights apply to distance-selling contracts.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order or return goods, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@creamelt.com. We will review your request individually and, where possible, seek to find a straightforward and reasonable solution together with you.
Any voluntary goodwill solution does not restrict the customer’s statutory rights. Where no mandatory statutory rights apply, cancellations, returns or refunds are subject to individual agreement with CREAMELT.
